Simple brief, to convert the existing bungalow into a contemporary two storey home. Internally the design focused on converting the existing roof space into a new upper floor, with three double bedrooms and an ensuite. Externally two dormer windows and a new extended entrance transform the properties kerb appeal with contemporary finishes.
