This project reimagines a traditional bungalow through a carefully considered loft conversion and side extensions, creating a spacious and adaptable family home. The client’s brief was to introduce four bedrooms, including a master suite, alongside practical spaces to support modern family life.

The design extends the property in both directions, forming a balanced and cohesive composition. The primary side extension builds on the footprint of the existing garage, allowing efficient expansion, while a secondary extension accommodates a dedicated utility space without interrupting the main layout.

A new upper level is created through the loft conversion, providing well-proportioned bedrooms, including two ensuites, and establishing a clear separation between private and shared areas.

The result is a considered transformation that elevates the bungalow into a contemporary home, enhancing both functionality and everyday living.
